Last week, I had a bad experience at a store.

I regularly visit store

and have never had any issues picking out what I need. I buy what I
want fast and vacate the store. But, last week, I was in a rush and needed
to get an item but could not locate it. I then proceeded to ask one of the
staff for help but she ignored me and asked that I search for it myself.
The drama came to its climax when I asked her to search for me because
I was in a rush, her response was so loud and rude. Feeling angry and
awful could not describe my emotions at the moment. I also felt
disrespected as this scenario attracted attention of the people around. It
was embarrassing and I had to leave the store without buying anything.
Because I didn’t want to cause any trouble in public, I had to calm me
down and release myself from irritation. After that, I felt so bad about
what had happened. I called the hotline and made a complaint. I would
like the manager to rectify this issue and train their staff to respect
customers. I think customer service is very important. So, if the store
improve customer service, I will come back to the shop again.
