Mico World BD Manager Hiring in Indonesia

Responsibilities:
1. Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform,
develop relationships, find new host
2. Develop top users in live streaming industry
3. Negotiate with talent and agencies in Indonesia, build strong relationship with
talent and agencies
4. Build good connections between team and community, act as an intermediary
5. Responsible for the growth and development of the Indonesia market
6. Be a positive contributor to the team and organization

Requirements:
1. Fluent English and Indonesians is mandatory required
2. Strong communication skills – phone, email, text message, and in person
3. Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
4. A strong social media presence and knowledge
5. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types
of people
6. Hyper-organized and self-motivated
7. Experience in social networking is a plus
