Bobal & Tempranillo
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and gently
crushed. Fermented at 26ºC using selected yeasts. Matured in
stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Note
Colour: Bright ruby red, with violet tones.
Aroma: Ripe red berry fruit aromas.
Taste: Fresh, well balanced with a long finish.
Serving Suggestions
Young red wine, ideal to accompany grilled meat, fish, rice
dishes, pasta, tapas and cheese. Serve at cellar temperature,
16-18ºC or lightly chilled.
