ANSWER

COMES NOW, the defendant, by the undersigned counsel, and

unto this Honorable court, most respectfully alleges:

1. That defendant admits the allegations contained in paragraph Numbers

1, 2 and 3 of the complaint.

2. That defendant vehemently denied the allegations contained in

paragraph Number 4 of the complaint, the truth of the matter is that,

defendant abandoned the plaintiff, in order to appease their unworking

relationship as husband and wife, because plaintiff and defendant

always have altercations, when the plaintiff sometimes in early 2008

started to make unreasonable jealous to the defendant’s officemates and

friends without any cause. Three days after defendant abandoned the

plaintiff and their children, defendant tried to return however, plaintiff

prevented the defendant, as she made a threat that should defendant

returned in their house, she and their children will abandon their house.

3. That defendant specifically denied the allegations in paragraph 5 of the

complaint, the truth of the matter is that, defendant provides support to

their children and plaintiff never made, even for a single demand, from
 the defendant of any support as she was earning much income than the

defendant (copy of Bank deposit slip to Plaintiff’s Bank account herewith

attached as Annex “1”).

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, forgoing considerations, it is respectfully prayed

unto this Honorable court that, after due notice and hearing, judgment be

rendered dismissing the complaint as the same lacks legal cause under the

law.

Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
