COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A detailed evaluation of the law on criminal procedure, including pertinent special


laws, administrative circulars, and Supreme Court decisions.

POLICIES:
Policies and values that the teacher might want to communicate through the
syllabus concerning attendance, participation, academic integrity (e.g. plagiarism,
