COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The study of the different kinds of property, the elements and characteristics of ownership, possession,
usufruct, easements or servitudes, nuisance, and the different modes of acquiring ownership

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes (ELGAs)

(A) Know and understand the provisions of property law and relevant case doctrines, (B)
Memorize important provisions of property law, (C) Develop: (i) student’s critical and
analytical thinking, (iii) student’s proficiency in written and oral communication, and (iv)
student’s logical reasoning and sound judgment.
