MY ROLE AS A PROJECT MANAGER

❖ Planning, organizing, directing and control


As a project manager at first I need to take proper planning to
complete the project. then organizing all thing ,then directing
and control everyone and everything properly
❖ Placing and layout of office
Office layout aims to achieve the smooth performance of official
work. Office layout provides comfort to the employees in their
work by creating a nice environment. I will confirm this as a
project manager.
❖Maintaining right atmosphere
Maintaining right atmosphere in an office is very important
because of completing project successful way. Many things are
included here like nourish your staff, keep things positive, be
respectful, actively listen to staff, make sure the employees feel
supported etc.

❖Procure and maintain office assets


The office asset management solution helps an office to keep
the record of all assets and equipment that are purchased and
rented.

❖Staffing
Staffing is the process of finding the right worker with
appropriate qualifications or experience and recruiting them to
fill a job position or role. As a project manager I have done this.

❖Developing corresponding system


Various software and new equipment will be required in the
work. It is my responsibility as an engineer to provide all the
helpful tools to make the work easier.
❖Preparing report
As a project manager, my responsibility is to regularly prepare
reports on project activities, and submit them to higher
authorities through proper forms.
❖Training
New and different problems may arise in the project, and
suitable staff will be needed to solve this task. It is my
responsibility as an engineer to arrange the training of the
workers for the job requirements.
