Instructions for Coordinator/ Observers

1. All committee members shall proceed to Mumbai on 17/04/2023 except committee members at Boisar.
2. Observer/Co-ordinator from each committee shall visit Exam centre one day before i.e., 17/04/2023 for
monitoring various arrangements/facilities (list given) at the Venue.
3. All committee members shall be present at the venue by 0730 hours on the date of the exam.
4. Sealed Cover Exam papers will be opened in presence of Coordinator/Observer.
5. Allotment of invigilators to various class rooms will be done in presence of Coordinator/Observer on the spot
random basis.
6. Observers should make note of the total no. of OMR Sheet scanned as per the attendance sheet.
7. Scanning of OMR sheets after completion of Stage-1 and 2 to be done by the agency in presence of
Coordinator/Observer.
8. A provision for raising doubts on question paper in Stage-1-Preliminary test has been made by providing
doubt slip to candidates during the exam, which will be cleared by the party at the exam itself.
9. Collection of used OMR sheets, Question papers and Attendance sheets from the party in sealed cover/box.
10. All Coordinator, Observers have been permitted to book hotels as per their eligibility within the range
of 1-2 kms. from the examination Centres located at Mumbai.
11. Own Boarding(breakfast/lunch/dinner) arrangements may be done.
12. Observers of centres located at Dahisar, Bhandup, Dadar(West) and Mumbai Central shall collect sealed
OMR Sheets, Question Papers, Attendance Sheets, Doubt slips, Admit Cards and SC/ST TA Claims in respect
of attended candidates and submit the same on 18/04/2023 at VIP Guest House, TAPS 3&4 township.
(Vehicles will be arranged)
13. Observers of centres located at Dadar(East) shall collect sealed OMR Sheets, Question Papers, Attendance
Sheets, doubt slips, Admit Cards and SC/ST TA Claims in respect of attended candidates and submit the same
to Shri D.K. Gupta, SO/G. All documents will be stored at Anushaktinagar daily.
14. Shri D.K. Gupta shall collect all centrewise, daywise sealed covers of OMR Sheets and Attendance Sheets
and submit the same on 21/04/2023 at VIP Guest House, TAPS 3&4 township.
15. Committee members shall be provided the required lists, formats, and other information from HRM section.
16. Collection of TA Claims of SC/ST candidates after Preliminary test will be done by agency and handed over
to Observer.
17. In case of any other doubt, the Observer should contact the Exam Coordinator/ HR Cell.
