Inmobiliaria Colonial was incorporated in December 1946 by Banco Hispano
Colonial.
The company was born with the aim of managing real estate assets

In 1991 "La Caixa" acquired a majority stake in Inmobiliaria Colonial.

Neinor homes , Aedas homes , Metrovacesa.
In addition , Colonial has around 231 employees.
Its main objective is that the Colonial Group aims to work on improving energy
efficiency in order to implement continuous improvement processes in buildings.

Finally its only service since it is a real estate is to be an intermediary for the sale,
