The Department of Education (DepEd) is committed to provide integrated professional development programs for teachers and school leaders, through the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP). NEAP undertakes the development, design, and delivery of such programs, including those intended for beginning teachers. In line with this, NEAP issued Memorandum re: Pilot Implementation of the Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT) on December 21, 2022. 2. To assess the Year 1 (February 2022 - February 2023) program implementation, all IPBT school heads shall submit the accomplished M&E Report (See Enclosure O1 for the template) on 26 April 2023, 5:00 P.M. through this link: https://tinyurl.com/Sur-IPBT-MnE-SH-Feb2223. The School Heads shall also keep a copy of the Monitoring and Evaluation Forms accomplished by the mentors being the basis of their Year 1 M&E report. 3. The mentors shall upload the soft copy of their accomplished mentor-mentee Mé&E Report through this link: https://tinyuri.com/Sur-IPBT-MnE-Mentors- Feb2223 on or before 30 April 2023. 4. The M&E tools are included in the TIP Resource Package which can also be downloaded from this: https://tinyurl.com/TIP-ResourcePackages. 5. For your strict compliance and immediate action.
