Universal civil registration of bith, death, and other vital events; WHEREAS, as of December 31, 2022, were 86.68 percent of 50,556 persons or equivalent to 42,309 persons were subject to verification and only 2.01 percent of equivalent to 1,016 persons registered the Certificate of Live Birth in Caraga Region; WHEREAS, the PSA identified that one ofthe strategies to meet the PBRAP target is to coordinate with the different schools and identity unregistered learners. WHEREAS, the PSA seeks the support of DepED-Caraga in the identification and ‘submission of list of unregistared learners by school using Annex A to PSA to facilitate birth registration: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, upon ‘motion by Mr. John Rey M.
