    Greetings.

    The Undersigned is the bondsman of accused Aldrin Salih Desierto


    who is charged in Crim. Case no. DU 17278 before RTC Branch 55,
    Mandaue City. We wish to inform you that the said case was already
    dismissed by the court and an order dated 23 May 2022 was issued ordering
    the release of accused bail bond in the amount of Php 80,000.00 as covered
    by Official receipt no. 6219124C dated 21 Sept. 2018. May we request that
    the immediate release of the said amount be facilitated in accordance with
    the order of the Court.

    Hereto attached is the copy of the Official Receipt and the Order for
    your perusal.
