    I am a third year Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) student major in
    Industrial Arts (IA) of Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) taking up Assessment
    in Learning 1. As part of my requirement in the course, I am developing an Achievement Test in
    IA for High School learners. Part of the test construction process is the validation of the test by
    subject experts.

    Considering your expertise in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, may I request your expert
    opinion as to the face and content validity of my test? Attached is a copy of the Table of
    Specification (TOS) and the corresponding Achievement Test in IA. Please make corrections,
    comments and/or suggestions on the test’s content and format.
