Elementary School. At this moment, let me explain to you how I came up with this output. First, I just opened the Microsoft Publisher 2016, then clicked the tab for “invitation Card”. I click the ½ A4 Booklet, and click create. To beautify my output, I used backgrounds and borders available. In inserting it, I clicked the insert tab then click pictures, and browse the file. After choosing the borders and background that I like, I click it then click insert. To fill the whole page with the background, I stretched out the corners of the photo. To add text on my invitation card, I used either wordart or textbox. For wordart, just click the insert tab, click wordart then enter the desired texts, its font color, size, and style. For textboxes, just click the draw text box on the home tab or on the insert tab. To change the color, style and size of the texts on the text boxes, simply highlight the texts then click home tab. On the upper left side, click the font style box then I choose a font style that I want. To change size, I just clicked the arrow down beside a number. To change the font color, I just clicked the text fill and text outline on the format tab. To move the text boxes on my desired position I just clicked the box and drag it left or right and up or down. To center the texts, I just pressed ctrl+E. On the next page, since it is folded, I made sure that the background that I use was not beyond the broken line at the center since I just used one side of the page. I just do the same process in adding the text on my invitation card. To save my output I just press ctrl+S then click browse, and change the file name which is Invitation# In Printing my output, I clicked the file tab and click print. On the pages box, I put 1 so that not all the pages will ne printed only the cover. Then I inserted again the printed paper and printed page 2.
