CRUZ.

Records reveal that you executed an acknowledgment receipt dated September

30, 1999 where you duly admitted an indebtedness in the amount of FOUR
HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P415,800.00), payable
within a period of one (1) year from due execution thereof. Said period had
already prescribed yet you refused and failed and still continue to refuse and fail
to pay a long over DUE and DEMANDABLE obligation.

In view thereof, please consider this a FINAL DEMAND for you to make good
your promise. You are hereby given a period of five (5) days from receipt hereof
to pay the amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
PESOS (415,800.00) with interest, otherwise, we will be constrained to file case
to protect the rights of JUAN DELA CRUZ.
