    modern and in some sectors the process of being friendly and peaceful
    in the carnival is happy and lively but there are places where the
    streets are very dirty, polluted and dangerous it is happening because
    those places are not they take great care of themselves but not
    everything is bad in Barranquilla you will find very wonderful people
    and places such as the window of the world, the shark fin menu or the
    malecon
