We were able to maximize our

budget and buy all the

necessary materials for the

activities we wanted to have for

the event.
Sacrifices
1. We chose to make this a house party instead of

having a venue. This allowed us to use more of

the budget toward activities and decorations.

2. We did not use an extravagant theme for the

party.

3. We decided to serve simpler food and

beverages, instead of the fancy things we
wanted to serve.

 Unlimited Budget
If we were given an unlimited budget, we would have been able to
push through with our original theme for the party. Initially we
planned to have a masquerade ball, as we were inspired by
movies and stories we have seen before. We wanted to rent a
ballroom or large events venue suitable for the masquerade. We
also planned to serve high quality food and drinks at the event.
Possibly hire a band to entertain the guests, and staff to keep the
event running smoothly.
