    LETTER OF INTRODUCTION FOR ACCOUNT OPENING.
    We the above named Para Church Ministry (Mercy Rain), hereby request for
    opening of Savings account with your Bank to enable us operate our Ministry
    financial transactions seemlessly.
    It was agreed during our last meeting dated 11th of February, 2021 as per the
    attached minutes of meeting.
    The underlisted people are hereby introduced to the Bank, as the signatories
    to the account and the Mandate is Signatory A and any of the Signatory B to
    sign:
