MERCY RAIN FELLOWSHIP

MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 11TH OF FEBRUARY, 2021.

Mercy Rain Partners 1st meeting was held on 4th of February, 2021 by 9:30a.m with an opening prayer
from Pastor Adeniyi Lawal. With 10 partners in attendance.

He appreciate all Partners for their support and prayed that the Almighty God will grant us every of our
request and He commend everyone for supporting the vision of Mercy Rain Ministry and the support
rendered in the house of God as a whole, that the Great rewarder, will reward us All.

He mentioned that the Main reason for the emergency meeting is for us to deliberate on the specific
Bank to use for our financial transactions, we all agreed on using United Bank of Africa Plc (UBA Plc). 3
people were also appointed as signatories to the account and their names are:

* Pastor Adeniyi Lawal

* Deaconess Lawal Modupe
* Brother Akinwalere Kayode

The presiding Pastor of Mercy Rain gave Sister Lawal Modupe the assignment to ensure the account is
opened urgently to enable the Partners and member's have an account where we will be transferring
funds to, for us to meet the running cost needs of the Ministry.

He stated that on monthly basis the Ministry will be footing the underlisted bills and this calls for urgent
attention:

Online Streaming Cost: N24,000.

Choir/Musical Band N20,000.
Monthly Welfare Cost N85,000.

He called on Mummy Stella Adeniyi to share mercy rain banners to all Partners on ground and others
that were not around to be informed to picked their copy.

He encouraged everyone to create more awareness concerning the programme, because publicity of
the Gospel of Christ is very essential.
