It is better to be an only child than to come from a large family.

In my opinion, this
sentence is true. I have a brother, so I kinda have experience with it.

First of all, it’s not the end of the world if you have a large number of brothers. If you
are young you can play with them and spend some quality time with them. When you
are a teenager, they can help you with your depression, and a lot of other problems.
Generally, they can be your best friends. But on the other hand, parents won't be
paying a lot of attention to you or your life. They will, much less than for example a
child who is alone in a family. And sometimes that can hurt you. I am lucky that I
have only one brother, so parents can take some time for both of us. It is also
important to note that these kids with large families are behaving badly at school
(most of them) because parents can't take some time for them to explain everything
for them. Don’t get me wrong, that type of child is rare, so many kids with a large
number of people are the same as all of us.

Being a one child in a family is actually pretty good. I was one child in my family until I
got a brother. Mom and dad would care only about you; they would spend the whole
time they can make for you. Another argument for being a one child is that you can
rely on you mom and dad more than anyone. The only bad thing about it is that you
are sometimes alone. If you have a lot of friends, you are fine. But if you are an
introvert, you would realise you could use a brother.
