A Self-reflection from Experience

The most significant lesson I have learned in this course from my experience is that team

building is really important in not only this course but any kind of learning. Most of the work in

this course was done in groups. We were assigned some work to cover in groups, and I found it

very relevant and enticing. At first, I thought it could be so hectic to tackle work in a group of

people whom you met for the first time in the course, and I even suggested whether we could

cover individually. However, after we have our fast group work done, then experience was

marvelous. I longed for more group works. I found it so relevant because everyone was involved

in the course work, everyone gave their contribution and also the interaction was good.

I thought conflicts would arise, or any kind of discrimination, but that never happened at

all. I was actually proved wrong. From this, I learned that team building is a vital tool in any

learning, and I might also utilize it in future in my workplace since it aids in attaining success.

The only challenge I observed; we never chose a group leader, and it was therefore challenging

to decide who speaks at a certain time, or to coordinate. This will be rectified in future
