Direction: Collect different sizes of egg shells available at home. Fasten this
in any indigenous materials like cardboard and label each. Take
photo if gadget is available.

Steps:
1. Mix three parts clay with one part salt.
2. Moisten the mixture with water to make a thick paste.
3. Coat each egg with the mixture to at least ¼ inch thick.
4. Spread a 2 inch layer of the mixture at the bottom of the container them
put the clay – coated eggs but leave an inch-from the brim of the
container.
5. Spread ½ to 1 inch layer of mixture evenly on the top and then cover the
container.
6. With this mixture chicken eggs are cured from 17 to 20 days while ducks
are cured in 45 days.
7. To limit the number of days for curing, add more salt. Boil and color the
