Objectives
The objective of the system-based approach for monitoring and evaluation of school
policies is to enhance the quality and credibility of the existing policies in Marinduque
State College, as well as to strengthen the participation and engagement of students in
complying with the policies. The system will provide an efficient and consistent means
of monitoring and enforcing the policies, which will reduce violations and improve
student discipline. By implementing this system, the institution aims to achieve
university status and improve its overall performance and effectiveness in project
success.
Specific Objectives
1. Provide an accessible platform for students to access and understand the school
policies through a series of questions and surveys upon registration.
2. Implement a random monitoring system to ensure students' compliance with the
school policies.
3. Notify students of any violations through a notification, with the first offense
serving as a warning and the second offense requiring counseling in the school
guidance office.
4. Record all student violations of school policies in the system's record.
5. Strengthen the credibility and quality of existing policies to enhance the
institution's overall performance and effectiveness in achieving university status.
6. Promote student engagement and participation in complying with the school
policies to prevent future student indiscipline from growing.
7. Ensure consistent disciplinary measures are applied to everyone to treat all
students fairly and maintain order in the institution.

1. Online platform for students to access and understand the school policies upon
registration.
2. Survey and questionnaires upon registration to ensure that students fully

comprehend the school policies and rules.

Marinduque State College that has the following specific objectives;]
Specific Objectives
1. Provide a web-based platform for appointment slot reservation for the
transactions in the admission office.
2. Manage the flow of the transactions and the arrivals of the clients by setting a
maximum person that will be served in every transaction.
3. Linking the clients in an appropriate services and channels
4. Contribute to the employee’s productivity and diminish staff performance in
simply evaluating users’ data before they arrive at the location.
5. Manage all the student appointments by setting their appointment in the
booking form with a designated time, date, counter and number that would be
used in utilizing appointments reservation for their transaction.
The Students Online Booking System will be divided in two sections for the staffs and
the students. The students' section is separated into four portions: slots reservations, an
appointment booking form where the appointment information should be included,
and reservation details where all the information that will be utilized in their
appointment schedule is shown. On the other hand, the overview of the pending,
ongoing, and finished appointments are all provided in the admin system module. The
list of students who scheduled appointments for the specified time and day was
additionally present. The following are some functions and features of the system:

1. A scheduling function that displays the available and unoccupied slot in a daily
transaction.
2. Appointment Scheduling Form, which will gather and provide some data
regarding the client's scheduled appointment.
3. Features for monitoring of pending and successful transactions. (dashboard)
4. Appointment Booking List, where the administrator will keep track of the list of
students who schedule appointments.
5. Landing Page which will help the users to easily locate themselves in a proper
counter.
Students of Marinduque State College will gain the most from the suggested system
since it may give them the chance to obtain greater experience and conduct their
transactions in the most practical manner. Since the students can book their
appointments via online this will aid in saving their time and money which will be a
biggest advantage for them. With the online booking system students will be linked to
the appropriate service channels since the system has the ability to divide clients into
separate lines and provide the right employees, service, and transactions for them.
Additionally, this initiative would also be beneficial for staff to control the current
workflow inside the admission office by automatically diverting customers to the right
counters to balance the workload, which can greatly increase employee productivity.
This will also be a great factor for staff to focus on fulfilling their duties and increase
their productivity without dealing with unnecessary interruptions. Furthermore, this
will aid organizations to gain customer satisfaction which would lead to positive
feedback about their services and also a result to the growth of their institution. Lastly,
this will also contribute to the campus community since the arrival of the customers
will be in control with the use of the system.

The proposed capstone archiving system is in charge of improving the consistency of

the electronic-based document process system. It can also reduce the accuracy of time while
scanning papers. This project includes finding, categorizing, prioritizing, storing,
safeguarding, archiving, and tracking records.

The Capstone Archiving Management System is divided into two pages, one for
administrators and one for students/users. The admin is divided into three categories:
managing student capstone documents in order to offer an inventory list, updating and
adding new entries. It incorporates the borrowing and return of the capstone books in
the transaction. Finally, there is the database, which can backup and restore all of the
entries. Students or users, on the other hand, can read and search their documents if
they like. The administrator will be in charge of the system's operation and
maintenance.
