TITLE 1. THE EFFCTVESNESS OF CONDUCTING MEETINGS REGULARLY TO

THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
ON SAN JOSE OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

In this study, the researcher will find out the effectiveness of conducting meetings
regularly on workplace. This paper describes the role of meeting on employees
productivity, and the importance of meeting in the office of human resources management
on San Jose Occidental Mindoro, by means of how to build a stronger relationship,
establishes alignment, making better and faster decision and promotes inclusion;
encouraging organization-wide collaboration, creativity and innovation. Minimizing
unproductive workplace would be a primary aim for an office of human resources
management on San Jose Occidental Mindoro.

The researcher of Office Administration will examine the quality of skill, rules and
service of Card Bank, Inc. on San Jose Occidental Mindoro. In this study, researcher will
know the capacity of employees on Card Bank Inc. in terms of managerial and productivity
of individual or teams within this organization, how will affect the employees productivity
such as work settings, governance, tradition and practices.

TITLE 3. THE EMPLOYEES PERCEPTION ON THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

SYSTEM OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT ON SAN JOSE OCCIDENTAL
MINDORO

This research investigates perception of employees towards Performance Appraisal

system. The researcher also explores the outcomes and constraints of effective Performance
appraisal system. The impact of demographic variables on employees’ perception toward
performance appraisal system has been analyzed too. The study is based on the primary
data, collected from employees of the local government unit on San Jose Occidental
Mindoro who had worked in the government for at least two consecutive years, and whose
work had been previously apprised, and are located in same organization on San Jose
Occidental Mindoro.
