Ans1: ethical issues is that Carla’s boss Jack is using company software and also doing the work

for
the other small firms for his personal desire. Other issue is A&A company is not giving any benefits
or promotions to employees. A&A company is not monitoring their employees that’s why unethical
things are happening.

Ans 2 As a Carla, I will not report to company but instead will try to convince the jack that if you
need some money you can borrow from other or if you want to earn, you should earn ethically,
instead of using the company resources. I know company is not giving us any promotions or benefits
so, if you are not satisfied you should apply to other company and work in A&A until you get
another job or think of other options.

Ans 3: As a jack, if I needed money I will not use company resources to earn money . I will do ethical
things to earn money such as doing business for other firms but using my own software . Since jack
have so much knowledge, I think he can do many other things to earn money. I think he can also get
job in other companies with so many benefits because of his experience and he also can do
freelancing to earn some money.

Ans: Before making many any decision, I need to know A&A company behaviour regarding jack
promotion. In the future, is the company going to provide any benefits to Jack. Is A&A company has
any policy or is it ethical in A&A company that employees can also work for others.
