FAQs related to iAppointment

1. Who can register new agent in iAppointment?


GM and UM only.

2. What is the photo format to upload for new agent?


Photo must follow MTA specification (passport photo format) with blue or white
background.

3. What if my spouse contracted with other TO?


Application will be rejected as spouse cannot be contracted with other TO.

4. What if my spouse contracted with other TO as Banca?


GM will need to submit an appeal letter together with Indemnity Form. Agency
Recruitment shall update the status of application once it has been decided by
Management.

5. Where can I get Agent Application Consent Form?


It can be downloaded from i-Great Partner > Application > Agency Admin
Recruitment > Agent Application Consent Form.

6. How long does Agent Application Consent Form valid after register in iAppointment?
Agent Application Consent Form should not exceed 7 days before date registered
in iAppointment.
Eg: Registration date 1/2/2022, date in Consent Form must not below than
registration date, if yes application will be rejected.

7. What happen if my application rejected due to wrongly fill in details in Agent Application
Consent Form?
Download new form from i-Great Partner and email to Agency Recruitment to
amend.

8. Who to fill at the Immediate Officer (IO) part in Agent Application Consent Form?
Immediate Officer is GM and UM only.

9. How long agent application valid in iAppointment?
Agent Application iAppointment only valid for 6 months from date it was key-in.

10. What should I do if my application status is Pending by BDM or Rejected by BDM?


Kindly check on the remarks stated. For further clarification, please email to
Agency Recruitment.

11. What to do if I wrongly key in details during registration in iAppointment?


Any amendment to be made in iAppointment, you must email to Agency
Recruitment with necessary supporting document (if any).

12. What to do if I still didn’t received email after application status “Log in ID created”?
If the email still does not reach you, please email to Agency Recruitment to
request for the temporary login ID and password to be email again to you.

13. What if Recruitment Team had resent the email, but applicant still not received it?
Kindly ensure email registered in iAppointment is correct and if it is wrong, please
email to Agency Recruitment for amendment and to resend the necessary email.

14. What I should do if error or failure persist during registration in iAppointment?


Kindly use other browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If error
persist, email to Agency Recruitment with proof of error, ie: screenshot of video
together with details of applicant, name and NRIC.

15. What are the documents that must be submitted for new agent activation application?
 Acknowledgment Form*
 Copy of IC
 Copy of TBE slip result
 Copy of Highest education result (min SPM)
 Copy of Bank Statement**

All document must have GM/BDM ctc.


*Please ensure introducer name in Acknowledgment Form is the same as registered in
iAppointment.

**Please ensure bank statement have Bank’s Logo, Applicant’s Name, Account Number
and Applicant’s Signature.

16. Can UM signed the document instead of GM?
No, document must be signed by GM/BDM only otherwise application will be
rejected.

17. How many time can I re-appoint as GETB agent?


Agent can re-appointment only 3 time, after that agent have to wait 3 years to
re-appoint.

18. Can I re-appoint under different leaders from my previous appointment?


Yes. But if re-appointment under different group, the application has to be made
after 6 months after termination date.
