1. Review 3 will be scheduled from 24.04.23 to 28.04.23.
2. During Review 3, you have to bring the rough copy of the project report (Not bound) and submit it to the corresponding guides 3. Get technical corrections completed by your project guides and proceed with plagiarism checking. 4. For plagiarism checking, four faculties are allotted in the department (please note that the plagiarism checking should be done only through project guides) 5. The plagiarism should be below 15% as per the University norms. If it is above 15%, you must rework on that and check once again. 6. After completing plagiarism checking, you can go for the soft binding of the report. The binding should be done with white cover and black tape. The plagiarism report needs to be attached to the last page of the report. 7. You have to take minimum of four copies of the project report for a batch (for COE, project guide, department library and student). If a batch contains three students, then total of six copies of the report should be taken. 8. As we already communicated, the report should be prepared with different titles with the guide’s concern if a batch contains students with two different codes (18MHP109L and 18MHP111L). Accordingly, the number of copies of the project report taken will vary. 9. After final viva voce examination, the report should be scanned with signatures of internal, and external examiners and uploaded in GCR on the date of the exam. A copy of the scanned report should also be sent to the project guides.
Important deadlines to be noted.
