The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar
from sugar cane.

The picture details how sugar is manufactured from sugar cane. In general,
there are seven steps in total which can be categorized into 3 main stages,
starting with harvesting, crushing and lastly separating. It is also clearly seen
that producing sugar from sugar cane is a capital – intensive process, despite
using only one ingredient.

Looking at the picture in detail, it can be clearly seen that the process
commences with sugar cane being planted from 12 to 18 months before being
harvested either by hand or by farming machinery. At the third step shown on
the diagram, sugar cane is run through a grinding machine to extract raw juice.

Next, impurities are removed from the liquid thanks to a limestone. This is
followed by putting the purified juice in an evaporator to create syrup and then
poured into a centrifuge. Then, the sugar crystals are separated from the
syrup. At the last step, the sugar crystals are dried and cooled and the final
product which is sugar is now ready to be served.

The plans below show the layout of the ground on the floor of a
museum in 1990 and in 2010.

The maps illustrate the transformation of the ground on the floor of a

museum between 1990 and 2010. Overall, the most remarkable change is
that the archaeology gallery was divided into two parts to build children’s
interactive zone and poster display area. It is also clear that the natural
history room, the local history room and the museum office remained the
same after 20 years.

Looking at the maps in detail, in 1990, there was a big archaeology gallery
located on the top right corner of the ground. By 2010, this gallery
disappeared completely to make room for a children’s interactive zone and
poster display area. The local history room which was on the right bottom
corner stayed the same from 1990 to 2010.

Turning to the remaining sides of the maps, the gift shop increased in size
and a café was added to it. A lift was installed to the right of the café and
gift shop in the year 2010, but the natural history room and museum office
remained intact through the period.
