    Source of rejected material would be any of the following:

    1. Material rejection during testing.

    2. Material rejected because of the quality event during manufacturing.

    3. Material discrepancy reported during dispensing, manufacturing, or packaging of the batch.

    Warehouse personnel will transfer the rejected materials to the rejected area.
