urticaria (omeprazole)
OTHER: Synthroid (levothyroxine) used to treat thyroid disease
Anaphylaxis (with I.V
administration),
angioedema, injection-site
discoloration
Contraindication:
Hemochromatosis, hemolytic anemias, hemosiderosis, hypersensitivity to iron
salts or their components, other anemic conditions unless accompanied by iron
deficiency
