Dear parent,

We are planning to take all the students of class 11 on a visit to Newtown outdoor Pursuit
Center on Thursday, December10th. We will leave school early in the morning and we intend
to be back at the main entrance of the school by 5 O’clock in the evening. We will travel by
coaches.

Some teachers and some parent volunteers will accompany the students who will be in
groups of ten with at least one adult. If your son or daughter wants to come to the excursion,
he or she must bring a packed lunch and his or her drinks for an energetic day! No money is
necessary because there aren’t shops at the Centre.

School uniforms are not necessary for this excursion; but students will need comfortable
clothes. We arrange this visit as part of our students ‘personal and social education
programme to help them develop skills of team work and of helping other students in
different situations. We hope that you will let your son or daughter go on this excursion.
