You might already be aware that the schedule of your final exams for Summer 2020 has been
finalized by the University and

1. your exam will be held on Monday 28 September 2020 at 1100 - 1300 hrs. Please take
note of this.

Attached is the revised and updated schedule. Please note that the following changes have
been made from the earlier schedule: Presentation of groups 2,4,6, and 8 were earlier
scheduled for Sunday 27 September, i.e. just the day before your final exam. Instead, I have
scheduled it for Thursday 24 September from 0930-1100. This would allow you 3 free days to
study before the final exam.

a. Our is 22 September at class hour.

b. There will be a make up class on Thursday 17 September which will be the last lecture
session.

c. For Viva, there will be an extraordinary session on Saturday 19 September from 0930
to 1130. I shall send you a schedule of the viva for each individual and you would make
your entry into the class accordingly. If there are some left behind, they will face the viva
on the days of group presentation.
