- San remo land cleared for township & farmland.- increase population
- San remo to Philip island bridge was erected for cattle, transport & tourism – nation building
- Coal mine at Wonthaggi used from 1800’s to 1970’s – industrialization
- Saw short tailed shearwater / mutton birds (bunurong used to eat) – bunurong
- Semi nomadic form Koo Wee Rup/ Cranbourne/ san remo/ Philip island/ Wilsons prom –
