Dear Ma’am/Sir

I am regretfully writing this letter to submit my excuse because I did not attend the seminar
which was held last November 28-29, 2022 at Baguio Teachers Camp, Baguio City. I know that it
was an important event due to the presence of knowledgeable speakers, that was organized by
the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). I was unfortunate in terms of not
attending the seminar because I was supposed to learn and to build up more the leadership
skills and character as a SK official by means of great speakers in the said event. It was my out
most desire to participate in this event of great prestige and I had never thought of missing it.
But then, due to personal matters and irresponsibility of not checking my schedule, it was not
possible for me to attend the seminar.

I was thinking that day to withdraw my confirmation to the said event, but knowingly that the
organizers have already finalized the list of participants and I think it is not possible to do so. I
was preparing that time on my up-coming criminology board examination that was held last
December 4-6, 2022 at BCU La Trinidad, Benguet. It was a very short time for me to prepare to
the said examination. I am very sorry of my mistake.

Please, accept my heartiest apology. I promise not to do it again.
