What is my goal/focus?

To get an undergrad degree, go to top business school, do growth equity/ venture capital, earn a
decent amount of money, and get a green card. Get the US experience and bring their knowledge to
India. Get some work experience atleast.

I want to major in finance but since I want to get a stem degree I am also doing BA Computer
Science and Finance. Have a sanity check and a sane schedule. Take limited extra curriculars. Set
time apart to apply for internships and have cover letters. Take time for socializing too but
PRIORITIZE ACADEMICS. REMEMBER EVERYTHING COMES AT A COST. WORK 5 YEARS NOW TO HAVE
THE NEXT 20-25 YEARS COMFORTABLE.

Why I messed up?

Fall 2020- online, roamed around a lot with Nirvaan, didn’t take everything seriously, got covid and
cold, so took way too less. Thought things might get okay.

Spring 2022- First time on campus in America. Big change. In the dorms. Was directionless. Took a
chemistry course too and wanted to do everything. Because of being so pampered, did not know
how to keep it clean in the dorms. Explored a lot…hence got rejected from business.

Fall 2022- Moved to an apt…had to cook. Had to spend a lot with moving everything in. Was careless
in keeping everything clean. Washing the utensils. Cleaning the room. Going to wash the clothes/
doing laundry. Keeping my clothes folded and correct. Lots of internship and professional pressure.
Took extremely hard courses. Thought I could do two majors when I could not handle one. Grandma
died. Went to the hospital because of Investment Banking Academy, and academic pressure.

Why did I switch to Indiana? Felt out of place as it was very Computer science and engineering
heavy. It was not diverse at all everyone know each other. Feels like it was a very homogenous
mixture of people.

Spring 2022- Was keen to go to Indiana. Was told that someone would accompany me when getting
to Bloomignton. Couldn’t go cause parents didn’t allow me to go to Indiana. Took W’s but actual Ls.
