Part 1.

One of my most successful academic experiences here at Life University was my first fall
quarter. The reason I was successful was that I stayed on top of what had to be done each quarter
which resulted in me planning out my time better. I’ve realized that keeping up with work and
doing everything due is all I need to do for a good grade.

One of my least successful academic experiences was winter quarter last year. I was
turning in too many assignments late and not keeping up with what was needed to be done. I
sometimes go back to these ways but still try to keep myself doing the right thing. I also wasn’t
studying anything on my own time which resulted in me not being fully knowledgeable on the
subjects which reflected on quizzes and tests.

Part 2.

I had an “aha moment” which came from a mistake this week. I forgot my mask to an
important class which required one for entry. Because of this I missed instruction and buying
something important for the class. This was an aha moment because it showed me if I don’t stay
accountable going to classes I can fall behind quickly and can be detrimental to my grade.

I related to the fact that there is constantly advances in technology that changes the world
and the jobs inside of it. I relate to this because I decided to get a degree in computer information
management; some of the motivation behind this is the comfort of mind knowing that at least for
the foreseeable future my degree is one that will be useful and needed by modern companies.

As of this week I don’t think so.
