What are the pros and cons of working and studying at the same time?

Currently, studying and working has become a common decision among young people and

adults. The reasons are diverse according to economic or personal need. However, the

reasons can be seen from different perspectives: for example, there is a young student who

wants to work, and on the other, an adult who works but at the same time wants to continue

his studies. In my opinion, they are different cases, but both require organization, time and

dedication for the study and work to be successful. If not done correctly, it can be negative

and frustrating.

Studying and working helps a person manage themselves better, both in monthly expenses

and in the time that has to be dedicated to certain work and personal activities. In addition,

the network of contacts is expanding and in the future they will serve for letters of

recommendation and firm references. However, self-confidence is given through the

freedom that a person has to plan their day to day. On the other hand, in jobs it is necessary

to cover certain working hours: it can be a morning, night or full-time shift, in my opinion

many times fewer hours are dedicated to it than it should. Some people say this, the money

destined for each of the personal and university expenses is necessary to be managed and

separated; Otherwise, a financial mess will be created and it is possible that debts will begin

to be generated.

Working and studying is the way to support yourself and be able to have an education to

get a degree and get a better job. However, the most important thing is attitude and

discipline. In my opinion, a good attitude will make the difference and discipline is everything
