Supervisor-Condition Monitoring
Description:
The role
holder is responsible for effectively executing and supporting the day to day
activities and operations of the Condition Monitoring Section in order to
ensure proper
condition monitoring of all substations, overhead lines for
maximum up time of equipment, in line with the established condition monitoring
schedule and plan.

Responsibilities:

Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of
the year
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are
arranged and attended
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth

Years
and Nature of Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role of which minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in condition monitoring of Distribution
Substations (Switchgears, RMUs, transformers, feeder pillars, Overhead lines, etc) of Medium voltage (11 & 33kV)
Good knowledge in condition monitoring techniques of Distribution primary substations

Language
Skills:

Written and Spoken English is

essential, Arabic is preferred

Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent in Electrical
Engineering
