RATIONALE:
LGBTQIA+ Students have encounter difficulties inside and out the school, they
experiencing of being descriminate by their fellow students and been bullied because
of their gender identity. It was a very serious matter or issues that will facing of the
LGBTQIA+ individuals, it can affect to their daily living especially to their mental
health that will cause to lose their confident, anxiety, being depressed and to commit
in suicidal matter, so that, to lessen the stigma that the society inflict to the
LGBTQIA+ students, we would like to propose an activity or program entitled " Skills
Exhibition of all LGBTQIA+ students together with the other students in the society
who willing to participate this program that may witness the talents of the LGBTQIA+
Students for them to be able to appreciate of each of one the ability of those
students to feel that the LGBTQIA+ individuals are also need a support, a respect
and to feel them that they are belong in the society.
we make a proposal based on our collective observation we would like to propose an
activity to remove or lessen the stigma that the society inflicts the LGBTQIA+ the
activity entitled skill exhibition for LGBRQIA+ student of central bicol state university
of agriculture this program is open for all who are willing to participate in this program
We will have a skills exhibition with the LGBTQIA+ students of CBSUA Calabanga in
conjunction with the study of gender and society. The skill display the Students that
identify as LGBTQIA+ and how it can benefit them
Considered as a platform to put them in the public front and demonstrate that the
stigma against LGBTQIA+ is better off being eliminated, it strives to raise awareness
and offer them a voice by allowing them to express their opinions and experiences of
being mocked. encourage LGBTQIA+ students to demonstrate their true potential,
including talents and skills they haven't demonstrated or are hesitant to use in front
of others.
Skills exhibitions are among the most important activities. By doing so, we will all be
more accepting of one another and the discrimination that still exists in our society.
As a result, individuals will have a variety of options for both preventing and resolving
gender identity difficulties. In order for them to be able to appreciate their own talents
as well, it will enable them to express themselves through various types of activities
or works of art that will properly highlight their unique potential. Their concerns and
worry will be reduced in a simple but effective way through this skills exhibition.
