V. Background/Rationale

The kitchen is a key part of the office. It is not only a place for employees to refuel
and refresh themselves, but it is also a place for people to share ideas and form
strong working relationships. Many employees were expressing that having a work
kitchen would make them more productive, why not invest in making this space as
accommodating as possible?

In connection with this, the Principal’s Office is going to request tools, materials and
equipment which are the elements of the office kitchen to fully promote health and
wellness as well as productivity.

VI. Objectives

At the end of the activity, participants are expected to:

1. To promote health and wellness.
2. To promote productivity.
