dRep improvement and onboarding

Key Metrics to measure

・(Diversity of dReps) Did it lead to the onboarding of diverse dReps with different languages, national
origins, occupations, genders, ages, religions, etc.?

 We have introduced to the community a lot of dReps from different countries (Vietnam,
Indonesia, America, Portugal,....)
 These dReps have a wide range of experiences and jobs. They shared a lot of their views and
perspectives on the Cardano ecosystem through the dRep Interview Channel.

・(Number of dReps) How many dReps were onboarded?

 We interviewed 22 people who wanted to become dReps in fund 10

・(Accuracy of delegate decisions) How well did we create content and tools to make it easier to
consider dReps?

ADA holders can watch these videos to know more about insight, vision, experience,… of dReps and how
dReps make decision for them

H. Key learnings

• We learned a lot about how to assess proposals in the Catalyst of dReps.

• The dReps are also people with a lot of experience in many roles such as proposer, PA,
vPA, ... so they also give a lot of great advice to proposers to improve their proposals..

I. Next steps for the product or service developed

- Since fund 10 will have a lot of dReps coming, we plan to continue implementing this project
with more dReps to help dReps reach more ADA holders.

J. Final thoughts/comments

Catalyst, Cardano is a great ecosystem for small projects, non-technical projects related to crypto to
grow and spread the goodness of Cardano to the community.
