your upcoming summer camp program. We have read the program description and activities, and
we believe that our child will benefit greatly from participating in this program.

We understand that the camp will be held at VASAD and will run from 25 th May 2023 to 28th May
2023. We have reviewed the program schedule and are satisfied that the activities are age-
appropriate and in line with our child's interests.

We understand that safety is a top priority at your summer camp, and we appreciate the measures
you have taken to ensure a safe and secure environment for all campers. We are confident that your
experienced staff will provide excellent supervision and care for our child throughout the duration of
the program.

We also acknowledge that our child will be responsible for following all camp rules and regulations,
including those related to behavior and conduct. We will review these rules with our child before the
start of the program and encourage them to adhere to them at all times.

We give our permission for our child to participate in all activities planned by the camp, including
those that may involve physical activity, outdoor exploration, and other forms of recreation. We also
give permission for our child to receive any necessary medical attention or treatment in the event of
an injury or illness.

Lastly, we understand that we will be responsible for providing our child with appropriate clothing,
footwear, and any necessary equipment or supplies for the activities.
