AGENT NETWORK PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL

We at DDIN (Digital Distribution Inclusion Network) are pleased to submit this proposal for a
partnership in managing your agent network in Rwanda. Our company is a leading agent
network decentralization company in Rwanda, with over 2700 agents across the country, and
planning to close 2023 with over 6900 agents.

Our decentralized network management model is based on having a territory coordinator at


the district level and a trade developer agent at the sector level. We believe that this model is
highly effective in delivering quality services and increasing accessibility for customers. Our
team members are experienced in this field, and partnering with us will speed up your
company's coverage across the country, making your services more easily accessible to
customers and increasing brand awareness.

Working with us offers several potential benefits,

 Expanding and accelerating SONARWA GI geographical coverage: With our growing


network SONARWA can expand the reach of insurance services to underserved and
remote areas where traditional insurance infrastructure is limited or non-existent. This
can provide greater access to SONARWA GI services to more people, including those in
rural areas.

 Cost-cutting: Agent networks can be a cost-effective way for Insurance institutions to


expand their reach without the high cost of building brick and mortar branches. The use
of DDIN network will be more beneficial also as it can help to reduce overhead costs
associated with staffing and operating physical branches. Through our experienced
staffs who managed agents from districts level with the main KPI’s of managing the
performance of the agents in their respective territories, transferring knowledge, and
supervising agents that are complying with the regulatory frame work, etc…..

 Personalized Service: Our agents know the value of being customer centric, they often
have personal relationships with their clients and can provide personalized service, such
as guidance on insurance planning or product recommendations tailored to the client's
needs. They can also provide claim support and assist clients in navigating the claims
process.
 Trust Building: Through our agent’s network can help build trust with clients who may
be hesitant to purchase insurance, particularly in areas with low insurance literacy.
Agents can provide face-to-face interactions and education about insurance products
and services, helping clients to better understand the value of insurance.

 Cross-Selling: Through our agent’s network can offer a range of insurance products to
clients, providing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. For example, an agent
selling auto insurance can also offer homeowners insurance or life insurance, increasing
the value of the relationship with the client.

 Convenience: With our agent networks can offer extended hours of service and a range
of insurance services that are convenient for clients. This can include policy renewals,
claims processing, and other insurance-related transactions that can be completed
locally.
 Increasing your brand visibility across the markets: Our agents can play a significant
role in increasing your company brand visibility across markets, can help to expand a
brand's reach into new markets by leveraging their existing networks and relationships.
With our experienced sales team and the selling strategy agents can use their local
knowledge and connections to identify potential customers and promote the brand's
products and services to them. This can be particularly effective for targeting the
potentials customers in the network of agent or potential customer in his/her respective
working zone, or in areas where the brand may not have a strong presence or where
customers may not be familiar with the brand.

 Targeting new customer segments: Our partnership can play an important role in targeting
new customer segments by providing access to customers who may not have been reached
through SONARWA traditional marketing channels. Our decentralized agents often taught
how to establish a strong relationships and networking within their communities or
sectors, and can leverage these connections to identify potential customers who may
not have been previously targeted by the brand. This can be particularly effective in
reaching customers in remote or rural areas, where traditional marketing methods may
not be as effective.

 Market intelligence: With our network can play a vital role in gathering market
intelligence and providing valuable insights to SONARWA. By leveraging the local
knowledge and expertise of our network, SONARWA can make informed decisions that
can help to stay competitive and meet the evolving needs of the customers.

We propose a service fee of 20% of the charges paid by customers for our services. This fee will
be split into two categories, with a portion going to our agents and the remaining portion going
to the company level. This will ensure that our agents are incentivized to provide quality
service, and we can continue to provide valuable services to your company.

Partnering with DDIN will give you access to our network of experienced agents, will increase
company revenues and increase your brand's accessibility to customers. We believe that our
