Minutes Of Meeting

Slikun Institute agrees to the below points, as discussed in the meeting:

1 The Training shall be conducted in Offline/Online mode as per mutual agreement.

2 Official Training period to be restricted to a maximum of 22 hours.

3 Training fees to be paid to Slikun Institute will be INR 1000/- per hour, thus
capping the compensation at INR 22,000/- per program.

4 Payment terms will be 50% advance and 50% post commencement of program,
before distribution of certificates.

5 Any missed lectures in the 22-hour program will be penalized by IIBM by the hour.

Post 22-hours, if deemed necessary by trainers, extra hours shall be utilized for

further training, for which Slikun shall not charge IIBM. Any extra hours put in the
training, shall be completely free.

7 All IIBM students participating in the training shall be registered on Pratibhashala


Job/Training Portal for free and given placement guidance from the foundation like
all of its registered students.

At the end of the training, Joint certificates shall be provided by IIBM and Slikun

Institute in the format prescribed by IIBM, in digital as well as hard copy formats.
Assessment and grading shall however be at the complete discretion of Slikun
IMT. Students failing the assessment shall appear for re-assessment free of cost.
