I. Project introduction
1. Introduce the project name.
When people go far away, they often remember their homeland, even at the end of their life, people
also choose to remember the place where they bury their umbilical cord vegetables. And when
growing up, everyone remembers childhood, the purest and most beautiful age of a person's life.
Therefore, our group chose the name "Back to childhood" for this SSG volunteer project.
Childhood snacks that everyone has eaten, take everyone on a journey to re-experience some of
the beautiful memories of childhood.

2. Why do the project?

Actually, the project came from the SSG homework, but when
we started implementing the project, for us, it was not just an
exercise to do and submit in class, but it became a desire. help
those in need. Maybe our small gifts don't carry too much
value, but I'm sure they will bring some spiritual value to the
giver as well as the recipient.

3. What is the purpose of the project?

In order to bring encouragement, mainly spiritual
encouragement to the homeless, somewhat soothe their souls
on rainy days. It's just a piece of cake and a bottle of water, but
maybe for them, it's the food of a long day.

4. What products does the project sell?

The project of selling dinosaur candy, spicy sticks, jelly, jelly fiber, and airplane candy, …

II. Project operation process

1. Why choose the project to sell this product and not decide to sell other items?
We are still students, so the budget is a bit tight, so instead of choosing to sell high-value
products, we choose to sell products with low capital to start our business. Besides, because we
are still in the learning process, we don't have much time, so we prefer to choose delicious, eye-
catching, and easy-to-sell dishes.
At the same time, those snacks are common snacks for children, so they will help people have
fun and reminisce about childhood when eating them

2. Who is the project that wants to sell the product to?

The project to sell products is aimed at young people, especially

students at the school.

3. Assign group members to do what? (Who delivers? Who packs the product?
Who keeps the revenue? Who buys the item?)
• Product packaging: Minh Anh, Gia Han, Trong Phuc, Bao Tran, Thien Ngan, Thien
Thanh
• Keep revenue: Thien Thanh
• Buy products: Bao Tran, Trong Phuc, Thien Thanh, Minh Anh, Gia Han.

4. Income before (Capital) and after (profit) when implementing the project,
the process of purchasing the items in the project

Initial capital is 600k (each member contributes 100k), September 13, 2022

Buying and Selling Process

Each combo sells for 25k, a total of 36 combos to get 900k with capital 400k
When deducting the capital, the group's total was 500k, the group bought 20 pieces of vermicelli
for 400k and 1 box of aquafina water 100k.

5. During the project, what advantages and disadvantages did you encounter?
• Advantages: the whole group is very sociable and helps to support each other, the income
is right with the amount that the group has set, and the product is suitable for many
customers, so the sale of the product is very convenient.

• Difficulty: Because of the many deadlines, it was a bit difficult to arrange a time between
members, the project was a bit difficult at first because I did not know what to sell and
where to start, at first, the target audience was not determined sell.

6
6. Were there any obstacles or difficulties that made you give up during your
activity? Why? The solution to that obstacle?
During the process, sometimes it is difficult to arrange a time between members, introduce
people to the project and buy it, but it is not easy to give up, my team realizes that business is not
easy..., although the team has had relationships with customers before, so it can sell quickly and
recover the set amount, but if you are a business person without many relationships, it can be a lot
more difficult. time. We are very grateful for the difficulties and obstacles that the group has gone
through.
SOLUTION: In order to be able to sell smoothly, our team had a solution to create an item that
goes with the amount of money the customer spent, the amount is just 25k so everyone can buy it
easily...

7. Working as a team in this project to sell this product, do team members

support each other well, or are there internal conflicts?

When participating in this project, not only we but also the members of the group feel fortunate
to be able to participate in this project. This is not only an opportunity for everyone to work
together, but also helps people unite, help, and support each other when there are difficulties to
complete their work well.
Although sometimes there will be disagreements with each other, when everything is resolved,
everyone will understand each other better, contributing to the successful completion of the
project.

III. Project finished

1. After completing the sale to raise funds, what will you use the money for?
After completing the sale, the group will use this money to go to support and help people in
difficult circumstances. Our group plans to buy gifts along the streets of Can Tho city to help the
homeless and the elderly in need, ...

2. Why use that fund to help those in need? State your feelings?

7
We think that our lives are always colorful. Including luck and happiness. And in addition to
having a family, a nest, food and drink, a good living environment, etc., we are luckier than many
people who have difficulties outside of society.

We want to bring this luck of ours by sharing it with those in need through this charity project.
Even if it's a little, we do it for the smile and happiness of the person we give the gift to.

3. Through the group, activities to raise funds for charity like that? What
lessons have you learned for the group in particular and the whole society
in general?
Through this charity project, we have learned the lesson that we should always love, and share
our luck and what we have with people in difficult circumstances, as well as their poor living
environment...
Also, through this volunteer project
• For the group, in particular, we learned how to help people. Know how to donate, and
mobilize people around to help those in need. Learn solidarity in teamwork, help each
other and share the difficulties of each member. Listen to everyone's opinions, and
receive information together to bring the best results for the project.
• As for the whole society in general, society will always support and help the less
fortunate. A typical example is the FPT University Can Tho. in which SSG can be
considered as a subject that helps the school's students to have a good view and know
how to behave, helping people during their studies and even after graduation. And at the
same time, this subject will help all students at FPT have feelings of compassion for
people, especially those who are less fortunate like us.
And in short, through this project, we learn more and understand more than the members of the
group. The project also helps us in terms of academic excellence a lot, this is also considered as
a preparation for us to prepare for the future...
