Honey Garlic Salmon &

Vegetables

Ingredients
boneless salmon (preferably the flat rectangle slice)

sliced assorted vegetables (@ metro)

Onions

Peppers

Mushrooms

Sauce (use more than you think you need, since you'll be using
the sauce on the veggies a bit, as well.)

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

honey

soy sauce

garlic powder

the korean bbq sauce (found at nofrills (?))

sweet thai sauce

Recipe
1. mix all ingredients under "Sauce" category in Ingredients,
and leave in a bowl.

2. Lightly season salmon with paprika.

3. put vegetbles in a bowl and add some of the sauce. most of


it is for the salmon.

4. mix the vegetables together.

5. cook vegetables at high temperature, using at least two


teaspoons of butter.

6. take vegetables out of the pot and put them elewhere.

7. Cook salmon with butter at 5th or 4th level on the stove,


skin side up, until golden brown. this usually takes about
2-3 minutes.

8. once golden-brown, turn over on other side and repeat the


process.

9. when the other side has turned golden-brown, leave the


salmon there and add the vegetables.

10. add any remaining sauce to the mix. DO NOT ADD HONEY, IT
WILL BURN.

11. Mix vegetables around in pot, and leave the contents on the
stove for 5 minutes to preserve heat. (longer if needed,
as long as the stove is on low.)

12. Serve :)
