Pan-freid Chicken and

ingredients
Boneless chicken (idk how they sell it) (250 grams)

broccoli

Peppers (colour of choice)

mushrooms (season with a bit of whatever u want.)

Minced ginger and garlic (2 tsp of each)

vegetable seasoning
honey [unit of measure]

soy sauce [unit of measure]

garlic (powder) [unit of measure]

salt [unit of measure]

korean barbecue sauce [unit of measure]

sugar [unit of measure]

(mix them together.)

Recipe
1. Marinate the chicken for 25 minutes with sauce of
preference (.

2. Heat up the stove.

3. Add the chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side (it
should be slightly brown.

4. Once it’s done, rest it on a plate. Will be cooked with the
vegetables later.

5. turn the stove on high and add some more of the ginger and
garlic.

6. Add the broccoli (wait two minutes for it too cook before
the next.)

7. Add the pepper. Mix/toss. Wait two minutes before the next.

8. add mushrooms. Mix/toss.

9. Put the chicken back in the pan.

10. When cooked, bring stove to lower heat and add sauce. Make
sure everything is coated in the sauce.

11. When done, turn the stove off.
