INGREDIENT:

Chicken:

 4 pandan leaves
 4 teaspoons of salt
 1 whole chicken
 2 cloves of garlic
 4 tbsp of ginger/5 slice ginger
 4 spring onions
 Pepper
 6-8 cup of water (depends on the size of chicken

Rice:

 2 cups of uncooked rice(washed)


 1 pandan leave(optional)
 1 slice ginger
 2 garlic
 2 cups chicken stock (from the boiled water with chicken)

Side dish:

 8 pcs Bok choy (or more)

Sauce:

Sweet soy sauce (mixed all ingredient and simmer for 4-5 minutes)

 1/3 cup water


 1/3 cup oyster sauce
 2 tbs sugar

Ginger sesame Sauce (just mixed all the ingredient)

 2 tbsp sesame oil


 3 tbs Grated ginger
 Pinch of salt

Chili sauce (just mixed all the ingredient)

 4 tbs Soy sauce


 1 tbs chili sauce9optional)
 1 piece garlic
 1 sliced red chili
 1 tbs cane vinegar(optional)
 1 tbs olive oil(optional)

Veggie (mixed all ingredient and simmer on low fire for 4-5 minutes)

 3 tomatoes
 Half white onion
 Half red bell pepper
 1 tbs sugar
 Parsley
 Salt and pepper

PROCEDURE:

 Mix all the ingredients in a pot with the chicken (put some garlic, ginger, pandan and
green onion inside the chicken) and bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 mins. Time will vary
depending on the size of the chicken.
 Rice: mixed all the ingredient and cooked it in the rice cooker.
 Mix the 4 different sauces.
 Cut the chicken.
 Chicken broth as soup. (put green onion, salt and pepper to taste)
 Fry off Bok Choy with some sweet soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seed.
