The Importance of Maintaining Body Fluids

Nowadays, there are so many children and adults who are not aware of the importance of
maintaining body fluids. Even thought maintaining body fluids is one of the important factors so
that a person can carry out his activities to the fullest. Lots of bad effects that will happen if we
lack body fluids.
The Following are some of the bad effects that often occur :
1. Constipation
One of the causes of constipation is a lack of body fluids, the body needs enough
