1-Read the following passage, then answer the questions:
Living a healthy lifestyle is one of the most effective ways to prevent diseases. A healthy
lifestyle includes eating a balanced diet, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep.
When we eat a balanced diet, our body gets the nutrients it needs to function properly.
This helps to strengthen our immune system and fight off diseases. Regular exercise helps
to maintain a healthy weight, reduces the risk of heart disease, and improves mental health.
Getting enough sleep also plays a crucial role in preventing diseases, as it helps to keep
our immune system strong and reduces the risk of developing chronic diseases.
In addition to a healthy diet, exercise, and sleep, avoiding harmful habits such as smoking
and excessive alcohol consumption can also help prevent diseases. Smoking increases the
risk of developing lung cancer, heart disease, and other illnesses, while excessive alcohol
consumption can lead to liver disease and other health problems. We should avoid the
excessive use of everything, even fruit and vegetables.

yourself doing for the rest of your life. It is the job that makes you feel fulfilled, happy, and

To find your dream job, you need to identify your interests, strengths, and values. You
should also research different careers to see what suits you best. It’s easier to be done when

everyone will .Keep good health. And at the beginning of such subject we can say that
tackle it from a different angle, but I will focus on the main points. What is Keep good
health …… ? The answer to this question needs elaboration. I'd like to say that there are
simple things which help us to be healthy and physically fit. For example, walking for an
hour every day is a priceless and easy exercise.
In my personal opinion One of advantages is that It strengthens our muscles. In
addition to that, it renews the cells of our bodies. It is also known that practicing a
sport like football or tennis renews our energy and refreshes our minds. I reveal no
secret when I say that going to bed early and sleeping for eight hours a day is of great
value. We should also eat healthy food containing proteins and vitamins. We shouldn't
drink too much tea or coffee either.
Finally To summarize what has been mentioned before we can simply say that Although
the importance of Keep good health is obvious, many people still don’t realize that.
